Love Thy Neighbor
Posted By HR Partnership on October 3, 2009

From Public Radio WHRV’s show HearSay with Cathy Lewis on August 14th:
Our perception of what it means to be a good neighbor has changed over the last few decades. Today’s host, Barbara Hamm Lee, spoke about The NewsHour’s Patchwork Nation project in which WHRO participates as “Military Bastion” Hampton Roads with this blog, http://SmartRegion.org. Hampton Roads’ Smart Region and Patchwork Nation projects directly address the theories (and problems?) discussed on today’s show with Bill Bishop and put forth in his book, The Big Sort: Why the Clustering of Like-Minded America is Tearing Us Apart.
