The second meeting of the Hampton Roads Neuroscience Network will be held on Friday June 8, 2012 from 1:00 to 5:00 PM in room 104 of the Education Research Building (ERB) of Eastern Virginia Medical School.
This meeting will focus on an interactive poster session to reflect the breadth of neuroscience research and interests in Hampton Roads and to facilitate interactions amongst attendees with common interests.
If you are interested in presenting a poster and/or submitting a synopsis of your research to be included in a booklet, please reply to this e-mail (ordazml@evms.edu) with the following information by May 31 for inclusion in the program (you may submit a synopsis even if you will not attend).
Poster presentation- Submit ·poster title, ·presenter name, ·e-mail and ·institution name. (Posters should be sized to fit on boards that are 66” W x 41” H)
Synopsis- Submit a succinct description of research projects, interests, expertise, and a list of key words. Should not exceed one page and should include contact information.
